A Song often comes to the doer, as an inspiration from a thin thread, a garment from which you pick out. Or should I say, I was the thread the garment picked out? This tune happened after a heated debate with my mother, upon my arrival from Oxford. I was living with my parents in their home in Lucknow and we were all having trouble adjusting. She had some South Indian classical music CDs lying around that I put in. Found this raga to speak to me right then... the result is this, over a period of a week, this arrangement remains sealed in time. In January 2020, I reopened the stems and tweaked the mix a little, but that's about it from the world within.
P.S. the sample came on the third night of the process, after revelations post-breakup of a very long and strong relationship, within the timeframe of that very week. Go figure!
